Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958 Art. 6 para. 3 requires credit institutions responsible for the preparation of financial analyses to publish a quarterly overview of the recommendations contained in their financial analyses. Information on the shares of recommendations to buy, hold, sell or similar investment decisions must be compared with the shares of the issuers affected by these categories for which the credit institution concerned has provided significant investment banking services in the previous twelve months.
