Conditions of use of the Internet
The internet is a decentralised network permitting the temporary storage and transmission of data. Consequently, no liability can be assumed for the manipulation and/or deliberate falsification and no guarantee can be given that only up-to-date data are obtained via users’ connections (e.g. an older version still in the cache). We therefore draw attention as follows to these system-specific restrictions: you obtain these data under the conditions of use of the internet. We therefore cannot assume any liability for the correctness of the information and its authenticity versus the original.
In a decision on May 12 , 1998 (312 O 85/98), Hamburg Regional Court ruled that if the owner of a site includes links to another site, they may be responsible for the content of such sites. According to the decision, such liability can only be excluded by explicitly stating that no such liability is assumed. Our website contains links to other websites that we check on a regular basis. For all of these links applies that we have no influence over the content or presentation of the websites to which we provide links. We therefore explicitly reject all liability for all content, timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all sites to which links are provided from our website. The content of these websites is not our content. This declaration applies for all links included in our website and for the content of all websites to which the links lead.
