Being Public Conference
Unfortunately, the number of public takeovers and delistings currently exceeds the number of IPOs many times over.
Micro, small and mid caps are suffering greatly from investor reluctance and low valuations. GoingPublic, the capital market platform with historical roots dating back to its foundation in 1997 and a partnership with BankM from the very beginning, is setting a counterpoint here.
The first Being Public Conference will therefore take place at the beginning of June under the motto “Stock market listing creates value”. In addition to the classic topics of stock exchange listing and trends in 2025 – from innovations in capital market law and (sustainability) reporting trends to addressing investors and AGMs – the focus will be on success stories and business models that would not (have been) possible without a stock exchange listing.
