Expansion of Executive Board

Vienna, December 12, 2022 – Frequentis is expanding its Executive Board from three to four members as of 1 January 2023: Monika Haselbacher joins the top management of Frequentis AG as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The experienced manager and industry expert, Monika Haselbacher, has worked at Frequentis since 1998, holding various management positions. Since 2018, the 53-year-old graduate in communications engineering from Vienna University of Technology, has been a member of the management team of the Frequentis subsidiary PDTS. Her other roles include management positions in Technical Solutions Management, Product Development and in the implementation of complex customer projects.

Frequentis has grown significantly in recent years, also as a result of acquisitions, and will continue to focus on its effective merger and acquisitions (M&A) strategy,” explains Norbert Haslacher, CEO Frequentis. “With the expansion of the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board has strengthened the foundation for the successful continuation of its growth path and, with Monika Haselbacher, has appointed a highly qualified person from our own ranks to the Executive Board. In her time with Frequentis, Monika has already made a significant contribution to the company’s successful business development.”

As of 1 January 2023, the Executive Board of Frequentis AG will be structured as follows:

  • Monika Haselbacher, COO
  • Hermann Mattanovich, CTO (since 2009 CTO, since 2018 COO)
  • Peter Skerlan, CFO since April 2021
  • Norbert Haslacher, Chief Sales Officer since April 2015, CEO since April 2018.
