Dividend proposal of EUR 0.24 per share for financial year 2023

The Executive Board of Frequentis AG has decided – subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board – to propose a dividend of EUR 0.24 per share for the 2023 financial year to the Annual General Meeting for resolution.
